Silicone render is one of the best systems on the market. It is highly durable, water-resistant, and breathable. Unlike traditional finishes, it is flexible (which prevents cracking) and requires very low maintenance. The colour is mixed directly into the render, meaning no regular painting is required, and dirt washes away easily.

We specialise in complete rendering systems tailored to your property. This includes everything from hacking off old failed render and substrate repairs, to applying W2 waterproof damp course systems, and finishing with premium silicone or monocouche renders.

Proper preparation is the key to a long-lasting finish. We completely hack off the existing failed render back to the original substrate. We then repair the blockwork, install treated timber battens and cement boards where necessary, and apply premium primers to ensure maximum adhesion.

While we are fully trained in traditional methods, we often use advanced Mixxmann S3 rendering machines to spray systems like Eco Rend SF15 Thin Coat. Machine spraying guarantees a highly efficient, fast, and flawlessly even application for a perfect modern look.
